Finally I found that if you crouch and jump on top of those large metal crates (you need level 4 speed enhancement) to your left and keep crouched you can pass the barricade. I tried to bypass those barricades, but even with everyone killed (except Gunther) I still can't get out due to some invisible barrier. Gunther will still hold a barricade at Battery Park, but he's friendly and got nothing to say! All bots and UNATCO troopers are friendly too. This time, instead of talking to Paul, I went to subway directly, using the code 6282 I already know. Each time after I sent the signal to Paris, I return to Paul and start fighting UNATCO troops in 'Ton.
